This will be the 6th year that I organize a walking crew for the parade, representing the handmade shop I work out of, SEWN. https://www.sewndenver.com/

If you haven't come out to play with us before, here's the basics!  

Each year a challenge is presented to those willing-  MAKE A HANDMADE COSTUME suited to our theme and using the upcycled materials chosen.

This year's theme is PARTY ANIMALS!!!  and the material of choice is thrifted PARTY SUPPLIES!!!  The possibilities are endless!  The only requirements are that you made an animal (invent a new animal!?!) and the party supplies are used/thrifted.

September 8-info meeting/potluck (it's also grandparents day!)

September 29- Craft Day!

October 6- Craft Day!

October 13- Craft Day!

October 19- PARADE!

You don't have to attend every craft day, but it sure is helpful!  I will be there to assist you with your design, all the tools and supplies and snacks are provided, and a great group of people to cheer you on!

 The best thing about this event is seeing people who think they are not capable of creating- MAKING MASTERPIECES!  What a joy!

The cost will be $50.00 this year, that includes supplies, snacks and candy to pass out!  If you can't swing $50, lemme know, we want you to come play!
